There are three paths to becoming a registered nurse with the first being a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing, which is offered at universities and colleges. This take about four years to complete. There is the associate degree in nursing that is offered by community and junior colleges and this takes two to three years.
The diploma program takes another three years and is administered in hospitals. Any licensed graduate of any of the three programs listed here will qualify for staff nursing at the entry level position. Temporary Health or Accident Insurance plans are very essential when there is some time until the permanent or group individual health insurance commences. First of all one needs to be sure about the period to get temporary health insurance for. The most critical term that is to be looked into while taking a Temporary Health Insurance is the ‘exclusions’ clause. The exclusions are nothing but, the areas, where one needs to insure one self. This self insurance area should not be very vast. The list of exclusions needs to be checked thoroughly before signing the insurance agreement. It is very important to keep a copy of the application and other documents submitted along with the application for the Temporary Health Insurance. After the insurance policy arrives, the photocopy of the application form needs to be matched with the policy document to verify the term covered exclusions etc. The check for the premium needs to be prepared in the name of the insurance company, not in the name of the agent. If it is anticipated that the policy needs to be extended, the same be done before the policy expires. Policy will expire at midnight of the last day of coverage.
